Answer: Select Low if you have modem connection.
Select Medium if you have an ISDN connection.
Select High if you have a broadband connection.

Question: What will I need in order to play streaming videos?
Answer: The videos are in QuickTime format, and will require the QuickTime player to view them. Download the latest QuickTime player at http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/

Question: I have QuickTime installed properly on my computer, but I am not able to view the webcast. What is the most likely cause of this and how can I fix it?
Answer: Some firewalls prevent the delivery of QuickTime content via the RTSP protocol. To address this, in QuickTime, go to Edit> Preferences > QuickTime Preferences. Choose Streaming Transport. Clicking on Auto Configure should enter the correct settings for your computer. In some cases, you may need to manually configure this setting. To do so, select HTTP as your streaming transport protocol and verify that the Port ID is set to 80.

Question: QuickTime is an Apple technology. Will this work on my PC running Windows?
Answer: Yes. Apple has released QuickTime for Windows 98, 2000, NT 4 and XP as well as for Macintosh systems. Download the latest QuickTime player at http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
